柴胡四物汤联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡四物汤联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效及对炎性因子的影响。方法:回顾性分析104例慢性盆腔炎患者的临床资料,按资料中治疗方法分为治疗组与对照组各52例。对照组给予抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合柴胡四物汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平,比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率96.15%,高于对照组82.69%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组TNF-α、MDA水平降低(P<0.05),IL-2、IL-6、SOD、GSH-Px水平升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组治疗后TNF-α、MDA水平较低(P<0.05),IL-2、IL-6、SOD、GSH-Px水平较高(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率5.77%,低于对照组21.15%(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡四物汤联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎可显著提升疗效,有效提高抗氧化能力,降低炎症反应和治疗过程中的不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Siwu tang combined with antibiotics for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods:The clinical data of 104 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods in the data,the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Chaihu Siwu tang based on the treatment of the control group.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects and the incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 96.15%in the treatment group,higher than that of 82.69%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand MDA in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-2,IL-6,SOD and GSH-Px were increased(P<0.05);the levels of TNF-αand MDA in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-2,IL-6,SOD and GSH-Px were higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.77%in the treatment group,lower than that of 21.15%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Chaihu Siwu tang combined with antibiotics for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can significantly improve the curative effect,effectively enhance antioxidant capacity,reduce inflammatory responses and the adverse reactions during treatment.
