加味左金丸联合常规西药治疗肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味左金丸联合常规西药治疗肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎(RE)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取80例肝胃郁热型RE患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组予以雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊和枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用加味左金丸。治疗8周后,比较2组临床效果、血清胃肠激素水平变化和安全性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95.00%,高于对照组70.00%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组内镜积分及血清血管活性肠肽(VIP)、生长抑素(SS)水平均降低(P<0.05),血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)水平均升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后内镜积分及血清VIP、SS水平均较低(P<0.05),血清GAS、MTL水平均较高(P<0.05)。2组用药安全性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味左金丸联合常规西药治疗肝胃郁热型RE临床疗效显著且安全。Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of modified Zuojin pills combined with routine western medicine for reflux esophagitis(RE)of liver and stomach depression-heat type.Methods:A total of 80 cases of RE patients of liver and stomach depression-heat type were selected as the study subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsule and mosapride citrate tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Zuojin pills based on the treatment of the control group.After treatment for eight weeks,the clinical effects,the changes in levels of gastrointestinal hormones in serum and the safety in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.00%in the observation group,higher than that of 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endoscopy scores and levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and somatostatin(SS)in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)in serum were increased(P<0.05);the endoscopy score and levels of VIP and SS in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and levels of GAS and MTL in serum were higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of medication safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zuojin pills combined with routine western medicine is effective and safe in treating RE of liver and stomach depression-heat type.
