血府逐瘀汤与五子散联合常规基础治疗对大隐静脉曲张腔内激光术后并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察血府逐瘀汤与五子散联合常规基础治疗对大隐静脉曲张腔内激光(EVLT)术后并发症的影响。方法:采用前瞻性研究方法选取60例采用EVLT治疗的大隐静脉曲张患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组各30例。对照组采用大隐静脉高位结扎+EVLT,给予常规基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药血府逐瘀汤加减联合五子散封包理疗。7 d为1个疗程,2组均治疗2个疗程。观察2组术后患肢水肿及深静脉血栓形成情况,比较2组术后皮下瘀血、血栓性静脉炎、条索状硬结消退时间,比较2组术前、术后第14天凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶原时间(APTT)的差异。结果:术后治疗组患肢水肿及深静脉血栓形成率均低于对照组,治疗组术后患肢水肿与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后皮下淤血、血栓性静脉炎、条索状硬结的消退时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2组PT、APTT水平均较术前升高,治疗组上述2项水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口服血府逐瘀汤与五子散封包理疗联合常规基础治疗可减少大隐静脉曲张EVLT术后并发症的发生,缩短皮下淤血、血栓性静脉炎、条索状硬结消退时间。Objective:To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu tang and Wuzi powder combined with routine basic treatment on postoperative complications of endovenous laser treatment(EVLT)for varicosis of great saphenous vein.Methods:Based on prospective research methods,a total of 60 cases of patients with varicosis of great saphenous vein treated by EVLT were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given high ligation and EVLT of great saphenous vein as well as basic treatment,and the treatment group was additionally given the oral administration of Xuefu Zhuyu tang and the physiotherapy of Chinese medicine bag with Wuzi powder placed on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two courses,with seven days being one course.After operation,the edema and deep venous thrombosis of the affected limbs in the two groups were observed;the regression time of postoperative subcutaneous blood stasis,thrombophlebitis and cord-like induration in the two groups were compared.The differences of prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)on the 14th day after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:After the operation,the rates of edema and deep venous thrombosis of the affected limbs in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the comparison of postoperative edema of the affected limbs showed significance in the difference(P<0.05).The regression time of postoperative subcutaneous blood stasis,thrombophlebitis and cord-like induration in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After the operation,levels of PT and APTT in the two groups were increased when compared with those before operation,and the above two levels in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu tang and Wuzi powder combined with
