摘　　要：为全面揭示我国澳门地区高校图书馆开展校友服务的实践现状,通过对澳门特区高等教育辅助办公室官网中的10所高校图书馆校友服务实践情况展开调研,详细梳理澳门地区高校图书馆校友栏目建设,服务资格获取、注销,服务证件与相关费用情况,校友服务的具体内容,主要包括馆内借阅服务、电子资源/在线资源访问、馆内设施/设备使用、信息咨询、其他服务等。归纳澳门高校图书馆校友服务特色,结合现阶段国内澳门地区的实践经验与世界范围内高校图书馆开展校友服务的先进理念,旨在为我国高校图书馆开展校友服务规划创新路径。In order to fully reveal the current situation of alumni service in university libraries in Macao,through the investigation of the current situation of alumni services in 10 university libraries on the official website of the tertiary education services office of Macao special administrative region,this paper sorts out in detail the construction of alumni columns of university libraries in Macao,the acquisition and cancellation of service qualifications,service certificates and related expenses,and the specific contents of alumni services,mainly including borrowing services in the library,access to electronic resources/online resources,use of library facilities/equipment,information consultation,and other services.This paper summarizes the characteristics of alumni service of university libraries in Macao,and combined with the practical experience of domestic Macao at this stage and the advanced concept of alumni service in university libraries all over the world,plans an innovative path for university libraries in China to carry out alumni service.
