摘 要:文章从家庭生产社会化的历史进程视角理解居民消费的发展,并探讨如何促进居民消费。研究发现,全球范围内的市场生产取代家庭生产(即家庭生产社会化)已成为持续几个世纪的长期趋势,它通过三种不同的机制促进了居民消费规模的增长,已成为创造居民消费增量的重要源泉。文章还分析了家庭生产社会化的发生机理及主要影响因素,发现市场生产时间和货币总成本相较于家庭生产总成本的下降是其核心驱动因素,这主要源于近百年来密集的技术和商业创新,不断提升的城镇化率、工资率和收入水平、女性劳动参与率以及家庭规模小型化等因素。文章认为推动家庭生产社会化是促进我国居民消费的重要思路,并就此提出了相关政策建议。This article discusses how to promote household cons umption in the context of the historical process of household production socialization.The substitution of household production by market production(i.e.,household production socialization)has become a long-term trend that has lasted for centuries globally.It increases household consumption through three different mechanisms,and becomes an important source of household consumption.Furtherly,this article analyzes the occurrence mechanism of the socialization of household production,and finds that the decreasing time and monetary cost of market production compared with household production is the core driving factor,which resulted from technological and commercial innovations,increasing urbanization rates,wage rates and income levels,female labor participation rates,and decreasing family population size.Finally,this article argues that we should promote the household production socialization to expand domestic demand in China.Corresponding policy implications are also provided.
