摘　　要：福建是镶嵌在我国东南沿海的一颗光彩夺目的璀璨明珠,改革开放以来,社会经济事业得到了长足的发展,取得了显著的成效。通过探析科技创新驱动•展现了福建新时代发展的勃发生机与诸多商机,显示其在十四五规划和推进经济高质量发展进程中•“二二三”战略无疑融汇了福建十四五高质量发展的长远规划,不仅有利于福建5个重要沿海城市的贯通、有利于全省9市地融汇联动布局发展,更重要的是有利于全省一盘棋的大融合、高质量、外向型、国际化长远发展的宏伟建设规划,从而对社会经济的发展具有重要的政治意义、现实意义和社会经济价值。同时,也为福建全省的省市级区域经济的高质量长远发展带来了巨大的无限商机。Fujian is a dazzling pearl embedded in the southeast coast of China.Since the reform and opening up,social and economic undertakings have made great progress and achieved remarkable results.Through the analysis of the driving force of scientific and technological innovation,it shows the vigorous vitality and many business opportunities of the development of F'ujian in the new era,and shows that in the process of the 14th five year plan and promoting high-quality economic development,the“two,two and three”strategy undoubtedly integrates the long-term plan for the high-quality development of Fujian in the 14th five year plan,which is not only conducive to the connection and development of five important coastal cities in Fujian It is conducive to the integration and linkage layout development of 9 cities in the province,and more importantly,it is conducive to the grand construction plan for the grand integration,high-quality,export-oriented and international long-term development of a game of chess in the province,which has important political significance,practical significance and socio-economic value for social and economic development.At the same time,it also brings huge unlimited business opportunities for the high-quality and long-term development of provincial and municipal regional economy in Fujian Province.
