摘  要:近年来,热激发延迟荧光(Thermally excited delayed fluorescence,TADF)有机发光二极管(Organic light-emitting diode,OLED)引起了广泛的研究兴趣。基于TADF的材料,分子需具有较小的单线态-三线态能隙差(singlet-triplet splitting,ΔE _(ST)),其中有机荧光团利用固有的非辐射三线态激子通过反向系间窜越(Reverse intersystem crossing,RISC)表现出延迟的荧光。相应的电致发光(Electroluminescence,EL)内量子效率(Internal quantum efficiency,IQE)在不使用任何贵金属的情况下可达100%。迄今为止,已进行了大量研究工作,以探索有效的TADF发射体并了解其独特的性质。其中杂蒽类TADF衍生物具有优异的电致发光传输性能和良好的电化学性能,其衍生物已在有机发光二极管(OLED)和有机薄膜晶体管等应用中得到了广泛的研究。然而,目前基于杂蒽类的TADF分子设计合成还比较少,而且不够系统。本文主要是对近年来报道的杂蒽类TADF衍生物中几大类官能团进行了梳理,对其结构和光电性质进行了总结。In recent years,thermally excited delayed fluorescence(TADF)organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs)have attracted extensive research interest.Based on TADF materials,molecules need to have small single-triplet splitting(ΔE _(ST)),in which organic fluorophores use inherent non-radiative triplet excitons to exhibit delayed fluorescence through reverse intersystem crossing(RISC).The corresponding electroluminescence(EL)internal quantum efficiency(IQE)can reach 100%without using any precious metals.So far,a lot of research work has been done to explore effective TADF emitters and understand their unique properties.Among them,the heteroanthracene TADF derivatives have been widely studied in applications such as organic light-emitting diodes(OLED)and organic thin-film transistors due to their excellent electroluminescence transport properties and good electrochemical properties.However,at present,the design and synthesis of TADF molecules based on heteroanthracene is still relatively small,and there is no relative systematic research on them.Several types of functional groups in heteroanthracene TADF derivatives reported in recent years,and the structure and photoelectric properties are summarized in this paper.
