摘  要:采用医用电子加速器放射治疗癌症,已经成为了人类治疗癌症的一种有效手段。在对特定病症靶区进行放射治疗中,势必会对患者其它器官造成辐射。由于人体各器官的最大耐受辐射剂量具有一定的限值,因此在放射治疗中对其它器官所受的剂量评价具有重要的意义。针对肺癌放疗时的实际治疗条件,通过对8 MV医用电子加速器X-射线的蒙特卡洛(Monte Carlo)模拟和理论计算,得出了能量在0~8 MV的X-射线的比释动能率常数,并给出距离治疗中心不同距离所受到的辐射剂量,研究了对肝脏、眼晶体和性腺等器官处的影响。参照国家标准中人体各器官所能承受剂量限值,对人体其它器官的危害进行了评价。对放射治疗的临床应用具有一定的指导意义。The use of medical electron accelerator radiotherapy for cancer has become an effective means of human treatment of cancer.In the radiotherapy of specific disease target,it is bound to cause radiation to other organs of patients.Because the maximum tolerated radiation dose of human organs has a certain limit,it is of great significance to evaluate the dose of other organs in radiotherapy.According to the actual treatment conditions of lung cancer radiotherapy,through Monte Carlo simulation and theoretical calculation of the X-ray of 8 MV medical electron accelerator,the specific release kinetic energy rate constant of X-ray with energy of 0~8 MV is obtained,and the radiation dose at different distances from the treatment center is given,and the influence of liver,eye lens,gonad and other organs is studied.According to the national standard,the harm of other organs is evaluated.It has a certain guiding significance for the clinical application of radiotherapy.
