摘  要:对密蒙花水煎液的化学成分进行研究,采用柱色谱法进行分离纯化,并结合现代波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定。从密蒙花水煎液中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为(Z)-己-3-烯-1-醇-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)-[β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→6)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、ebracteatoside B(2)、茉莉酸-11-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、6-羟基木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、木犀草素-7-O-半乳糖醛酸苷(5)、维采宁-2(6)、脱咖啡酰基毛蕊糖苷(7)、6-O-(E)-阿魏酰基-D-葡萄糖苷(8)。其中,化合物1为新的3-己烯醇苷类化合物,化合物2、3、6为首次从醉鱼草属植物中分离得到,化合物4、5为首次从该植物中分离得到。The chemical constituents of the flower buds of Buddleja officinalis were investigated in this study.Eight compounds were isolated from the water extract of B.officinalis by column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.These compounds were identified as(Z)-hex-3-en-1-ol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-xylcopyranosyl-(1→6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),ebracteatoside B(2),jasmonic acid-11-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),6-hydroxyluteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),luteolin-7-O-galacturonide(5),vicenin-2(6),decaffeoylverbascoside(7),and 6-O-(E)-feruloyl-D-glucopyranoside(8).Compound 1 is a new 3-hexenol glycoside.Compounds 2,3,and 6 were isolated from Buddleja genus for the first time,and compounds 4 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
