摘　　要：ATML标准是由IEEE标准委员会制定的一项自动测试系统相关要素的描述标准,其中的测试描述分标准(IEEE Std 1671.1)以面向信号的方式提供了被测设备测试过程的描述方法。首先深入研究了ATML测试描述标准,并根据工程应用情况进行了扩展。然后提出了一种基于虚拟机设计思想的ATML测试程序运行平台,并就其中的测试流程运行控制、测试结果判读等进行了详细地阐述。所述运行平台已在某型自动测试设备中进行了工程应用,有效证明了软件的有效性、正确性和可靠性。ATML standard is a description standard of automatic test system related elements formulated by IEEE standards committee.The test description sub-standard(IEEE Std 1671.1)provides a signal-oriented description method for the test process of the unit under test.Firstly,the ATML test description standard is deeply studied and extended according to the engineering application.Then,an ATML test program running platform based on virtual machine design idea is proposed,and the test process running control and test result interpretation are described in detail.The running platform has been applied in a certain type of automatic test equipment,which effectively proves the validity,correctness and reliability of the software.
