摘  要:为了分析贵州董箐电站水轮机在低水头、大开度和满负荷的工况下测试到的剧烈振动现象,文章对该工况的工作水头进行了验算,发现了在毛水头110m、出力218.863MW、80.4%导叶相对开度工况下,水电站的实际工作水头仅为106m,该工况点偏离了水轮机厂家给定的合理运行区间,出现了偏工况运行,导致水轮机在该工况点发生了剧烈振动。In order to analyze the severe vibration phenomenon measured by the hydraulic turbine of Dongjing Hydropower Station in Guizhou Province under the working conditions of low head,large opening and full load,the working head of this working condition is checked,and it is found that under the condition of 110 m gross head,and 218.863 MW 80.4% relative opening of guide vane,the actual working head of the hydropower station is only 106 m,which deviates from the reasonable operation range given by the hydraulic turbine manufacturer.The partial operation occurs,which leads to the violent vibration of the hydraulic turbine at this operating point.
