分光光度法测定酞菁蓝颜料中的游离铜

摘　　要：研究了分光光度法测定微量Cu^(2+)的条件。酞菁蓝样品经过0.1 mol/L盐酸溶液提取游离铜,在氨性溶液介质中Cu^(2+)与二乙基二硫代氨基曱酸钠(铜试剂)形成棕黄色的配合物,显色体系在波长436nm处有最大吸收,Cu^(2+)含量在0~30pg/25mL范围内服从比耳定律。该方法简便、快速,应用于酞菁蓝颜料中游离铜的测定,数据准确。The condition of determination of the Cu^(2+)content by spectrophotometry was studied.The free copper was extracted from phthalocyanine samples in 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution.The brown-yellow complex was formed with Cu^(2+)and sodium diethyl ithiocarbamate in ammonia solution.The maximum absorption of the color system wave length was 436 nm.The content of Cu^(2+)obeyed Beer's law in the range of 0-30 μg/25 mL.The method is simple and rapid.The accurate data can be obtained when the spectrophotometry method is used in the determination of free copper phthalocyanine blue pigment.
