摘  要:课题组在LabVIEW软件开发平台下,结合RFID技术和PLC控制,开发出了一套针对增压器生产的数据采集和监控系统。研究结果:1)该系统通过深入对LabVIEW和三菱PLC的通信交互,基于以太网MXComponent控件,实现了对PLC寄存器的批量读写功能,可以高效地打通上位机和下位机间的数据交互,提升了设备运行效率;2)传统的监控软件主要针对单个下位机,或者整条生产线增加一台PLC主站,OPC读取效率较低且需要提前组态。该系统结合MXComponent控件,可以不需要组态,直接读取指定地址的数据信息,通过共享变量网络发布给监控系统,有效提升了通信的扩展性和通用性。研究结论:1)本数据采集和监控系统的开发,实现了准确、高效地对生产过程中的各类数据信息进行采集处理,及时地将数据信息进行记录并上传给上层管理系统;2)能够在后期准确追溯生产数据,大大提升了生产管理效率。Based on LabVIEW platform,combined with RFID technology and PLC control,the research group describes a data acquisition and monitoring system for VGS production.The research results are as follows:1)Through the communication between LabVIEW and Mitsubishi PLC,based on Ethernet MXComponent control,the system realizes the batch read and write function of PLC register,which can efficiently intercommunicate the data between the host computer and the slave computer,and improve the running efficiency of the equipment;2)The traditional monitoring software mainly aims at the single slave computer,or the whole production line adds a PLC Master Station,the OPC reading efficiency is low and needs to be configured in advance.The system combined with MXComponent can read the data of the given address directly without configuration,and publish it to the monitoring system through the shared variable network,which improves the expansibility and generality of communication.Research conclusions:1)the development of the data acquisition and monitoring system can collect and process all kinds of data information in the production process accurately and efficiently,record the data information in time and upload it to the upper management system;2)It can accurately trace the production data in the later stage,which greatly improves the efficiency of production management.
