摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)与Pulmo软件联合使用测量肺压缩程度的可行性。方法应用MSCT和Pulmo软件分别测量胸腔积液、积气体积及压缩后的剩余肺体积,并将测算所得肺压缩程度与优选方程计算结果进行比较,同时确立评定肺压缩程度的新方法。结果2种方法所得肺压缩程度的差异无统计学意义,且呈线性相关关系(P<0.001)。结论MSCT与Pulmo软件联合使用可快捷、准确地测算外伤性血、气胸患者的肺压缩程度,在临床治疗和法医鉴定上具有广泛的应用价值。Objective To investigate the feasibility of using multi-slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT)and Pulmo software to accurately measure the lung compression degree.Methods MSCT and Pulmo software were applied to measure the volume of the gas,the liquid,and the compressed lung,then,the lung compression degree was calculated and compared with the equation method.At the same time,the new method in the measurement of the lung compression degree was determined.Results The difference between the lung compression degree calculated by the two methods was not statistically significant,but showed a linear correlation(P<0.001).Conclusion A combination of MSCT and Pulmo software can calculate the lung compression degree more rapidly and accurately,which shows an application value in the clinical treatmentand forensic identification.
