比较彩色多普勒超声与锥光束乳腺CT在乳腺肿瘤中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的比较彩色多普勒超声与锥光束乳腺CT(CBBCT)在乳腺肿瘤中的应用价值。方法选取符合入选标准的女性患者。使用Medcalc 19及SPSS 24软件比较彩色多普勒超声与CBBCT的受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线的曲线下面积(AUC)、组内相关系数(ICC)及r值。结果彩色多普勒超声与CBBCT联合检查AUC最大[0.97,95%置信区间(CI)0.94~0.98]。CBBCT与术后病理测量范围的一致性稍高于彩色多普勒超声,呈正相关(r分别为0.762、0.748,P<0.0001),差异有统计学意义。结论彩色多普勒超声、CBBCT联合检查可提高对乳腺癌的诊断效能,彩色多普勒超声、CBBCT与术后病理测量大小一致性均较高,随着病灶范围增大,稳定性及一致性降低。Objective To compare the application value of color Doppler ultrasound and cone-beam breast computed tomography(CBBCT)in patient with breast tumors.Methods Female patients with breast tumors who met the inclusion criteria were collected.The area under the curve(AUC),intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC)and r value between color Doppler ultrasound and CBBCT were compared via the Medcalc 19 and SPSS 24 software.Results The AUC of combining color Doppler ultrasound with CBBCT was with the highest value[0.97,95%confidence interval(CI)0.94-0.98]in patient with breast tumor.The consistency between CBBCT and postoperative pathological measurement range was slightly higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound,with a positive statistically significant correlation(r=0.762,0.748,respectively;P<0.0001).Conclusion The combined examination of the color Doppler ultrasound and CBBCT can improve the diagnostic efficiency of breast cancer.Color Doppler ultrasound and CBBCT are highly consistent with the postoperative pathological measurement,however,the stability and consistency decrease with the increased range of lesion.
