摘  要:采用Factsage热力学软件计算和实验室研究相结合的方法,探究碱度(0.8~1.2)、BaO含量(5%~15%)、B_(2)O_(3)含量(5%~15%)对Fe-Ni-Cr系耐蚀合金连铸保护渣CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaF_(2)-Na_(2)O-MgO系冷却过程矿相析出的影响。结果表明,当熔渣碱度由0.8升高到1.2时,析晶温度由1201.7℃升高到1256.4℃,硅酸盐含量从83.1%降低到79.6%;熔渣中BaO≤10%时,随着BaO含量的升高,熔渣中晶体析出会受到抑制。当熔渣中添加10%BaO时,晶体析出总量降低到61.1%;当熔渣中添加10%B_(2)O_(3)时,晶体析出温度降低到1086.7℃,晶体析出量降低为66.3%;B_(2)O_(3)含量≤10%时,可以促进熔渣玻璃化。最佳碱度为1.0,BaO或B_(2)O_(3)加入量为10%。Using Factsage thermodynamic software to calculate in combination with laboratory research,the effects of basicity(0.8~1.2),BaO(5%~15%)and B_(2)O_(3)(5%~15%)content on mineralogical phases precipitation of CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaF_(2)-Na_(2)O-MgO series mold fluxes for Fe-Ni-Cr corrosion resistant alloy during cooling are investigated.Results show that with the basicity of slag increasing form 0.8 to 1.2,the crystallization temperature increases from 1201.7℃to 1256.4℃;the amount of precipitation of silicate minerals in slag decreases from 83.1%to 79.6%;with the BaO content in the slag≤10%,the crystal precipitation in the slag will be inhibited with the increase of BaO content.When 10%BaO is added to the slag,the total amount of crystal precipitation decreases to 61.1%.When 10%B_(2)O_(3)is added to slag,the crystallization temperature decreases to 1086.7℃,and crystal precipitation is reduces to 66.3%;with B_(2)O_(3)not less than 10%,and the phase formed by the slag is glass phase.The optimized basicity of slag is 1.0,and the added amaunt of BaO or B_(2)O_(3)is 10%.
