摘　　要：介绍了舞钢生产的单重50 t级别的174 mm 12Cr2Mo1R(H)钢板的技术要求、工序工艺控制点及实物质量。通过冶炼时采用C/Al结合脱氧方式,铸锭进行900~940℃保温28~32 h退火处理,轧制时保证道次压下量20~30 mm,并采用正火+加速冷却+回火工艺,钢板组织均匀,各项力学性能及步冷脆化性能均能满足技术要求。钢板内部质量良好,探伤满足NB/T47013.3-2015及第1号修改单T1级。The paper induces technical requirements,process control key points and quality of actual product of single weight 50 t grade 174 mm 12 Cr2Mo1R(H)steel plate is produced at Wugang.By C/Al combined deoxidation in the smelting process,ingot annealing at 900~940℃ for 28~32 h,rolling pass reduction 20~30 mm and using normalizing+accelerating cooling+tempering process,the plate structure is uniform,and the mechanical property and step-cooling embrittlement performance of steel plate reach technical requirements.Internal quality of steel plate is excellent.NDT meets NB/T47013.3-2015 and revised list No.1 T1.
