摘  要:文章选用2003—2019年的省际面板数据,分别运用Malmquist指数和柯布-道格拉斯函数对中国六大区域制造业全要素生产率的变动值和数值进行了测算,并对全要素生产率变动及其分解进行分析,同时,运用趋同理论对全要素生产率进行了σ趋同、β趋同和条件趋同检验。结果表明:技术进步促进了全要素生产率的增长;六大区域制造业全要素生产率呈现区域间趋同,东北地区、长三角、长江经济带和南部沿海四个地区存在区域内σ趋同和β趋同,黄河流域存在区域内β趋同,京津冀并没有趋同趋势。对外开放、知识产权保护、科学研究、房地产投资对区域趋同具有负向影响,经济增长和政府购买则会产生正向影响。This paper selects inter-provincial panel data from 2003 to 2019,uses the Malmquist index and Cobb-Douglas function to measure the changes and values of the total factor productivity(TFP)of manufacturing in China’s six major regions,and then analyzes the change of TFP and its decomposition.Meanwhile,the paper uses the theory of convergence to test theσ-convergence,β-convergence and conditional convergence of TFP.The results are shown as follows:Technological progress has promoted the growth of TFP.The TFP of the manufacturing industry in the six major regions is converging across regions.In the northeast China,the Yangtze River Delta,the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the southern coastal areas,there is intraregionalσ-convergence andβ-convergence.The Yellow River Basin has intraregionalβ-convergence,but the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has no trend of convergence.Opening up,intellectual property protection,scientific research and real estate investment have a negative impact on regional convergence,while economic growth and government purchase have a positive impact.
