摘 要:针对黄河下游地区引黄水库存在的富营养化及藻类问题,试验构建了3种不同的生物链组合,研究其对水体营养盐类指标及藻类的净化效果。试验结果表明,生物链组合对TN、TP、氨氮、COD_(Mn)、藻类总数和叶绿素a有较好的去除效果。P1(鲢鳙鱼+美人蕉)、P2(鲢鳙鱼+美人蕉+底栖生物)和P3(鲢鳙鱼+美人蕉+底栖生物+生物填料)这3种生物链组合中,P3生物链组合较完整,与其他两种生物链组合相比,P3生物链组合对水体富营养盐各类指标去除率最高、藻类的净化效果最好。由此可知,生物链组合越完整对水体富营养盐类指标去除及藻类的净化效果越好。P3生物链组合对以上各指标的最高去除率分别为89.41%、90.24%、65.00%、66.93%、85.94%和89.52%。针对东营市辛安水库现状水质的试验,可以说明生物链调控技术能够改善水库中的氮、磷含量,有效预防富营养化现象的发生。Aiming at the problems of eutrophication and algae in the lower reaches of the Yellow River,the experiment constructed three kinds of biological chain combinations to study the effects of different biological chain combinations on nutrient index and algae purification.Results showed that biological chain combination had a good removal effect on total nitrogen,total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen,potassium permanganate index,total algae and chlorophyll-a.Among of P1(silver carp and bighead carp+canna),P2(silver carp and bighead carp+canna+benthos)and P3(silver carp and bighead carp+canna+benthos+biological filler),P3 biological chain combination was more complete.Compared with the other two biological chain combinations,P3 biological combination had the highest removal rate of eutrophic salt and the best purification effect of algae.Therefore,the more complete the biological chain combination,the better removal effect of eutrophic salts and algae.The highest removal rates of above indices were 89.41%,90.24%,65.00%,66.93%,85.94%and 89.52%,respectively.According to the current water quality of Xin'an Reservoir in Dongying City,results showed that biological chain control technology can improve the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in reservoir and effectively prevent the occurrence of eutrophication.
