摘 要:为探究预氧化对排泥水处理的影响,确定最佳排泥水处理工艺,文中针对水厂合建式收集的排泥水,开展了自然沉降、混凝沉淀、预氧化-混凝沉淀这3种工艺的对比试验。试验结果表明,在采用O_(3)或NaClO预氧化后,工艺对排泥水处理效率大幅度提高。当O_(3)投加量为3 mg/L或NaClO投加量为2.5 mg/L时,控制聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加量为30 mg/L,预氧化-混凝沉淀工艺出水浑浊度可降至不高于3 NTU,COD_(Mn)不高于2.5 mg/L,且铁、锰、微生物等指标均优于回用标准,证明工艺可满足排泥水处理要求。In order to explore the influence of preoxidation on sludge wastewater treatment and determine the best sludge wastewater treatment technology,a comparative experiment of three processes including natural sedimentation,coagulation sedimentation,and preoxidation-coagulation sedimentation were carried out for the co-built sludge wastewater treatment of WTP.Experimental results showed that after preoxidation with O_(3) or NaClO,process had greatly improved the treatment efficiency of sludge wastewater.When the dosage of O_(3) was 3 mg/L,or the dosage of NaClO was 2.5 mg/L,the dosage of polyaluminum chloride(PAC)was controlled to 30 mg/L,the effluent turbidity of preoxidation-coagulation sedimentation process can be reduced to less than 3 NTU,COD_(Mn) was no more than 2.5 mg/L,and the indices of iron,manganese and microorganisms were better than reuse standard,which proved that process can meet the requirements of sludge wastewater treatment.
