摘　　要：本文从建设背景、系统现状、数据资源、业务应用、模型工具等5个方面论述了湄公河委员会信息系统的发展和现状,梳理总结了湄委会信息系统的不足之处,主要包括:监测站网站点密度不足,代表性差;数据采集工具不完善,效率低下;各国数据格式不统一,交换流程复杂;应急响应不及时,发布渠道单一等4个方面。基于上述分析,从3个方面为完善澜湄水资源合作信息共享平台建设,提出了整合已公开的数据资源;通过联合研究等形式促进数据共享;建立六国共同认可的数据标准体系;建立视频会商和即时通讯系统等合理化建议。This study presents the development and current situation of the information system of Mekong River Commission from following 5 aspects:background,current situation,data resources,business application and model tool.Moreover,the study summarized the a few disadvantages based on the aforementioned facts,including insufficient station density of monitoring network,different data format from member countries;and delayed response to emergency cases.Based on the analysis above,the study proposed following suggestions,which are taking advantage of the public and open data resource,promoting information sharing through joint research,and adding a video conference system into the information sharing platform for emergency response.
