摘  要:建立基于极性转换-场放大进样(PS-FESI)富集技术的毛细管电泳(CE)方法,测定克伦特罗、恩诺沙星、磺胺嘧啶及磺胺二甲嘧啶4种兽药样品,考察CE的富集与分离条件,并加以优化.结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,4种兽药样品在质量浓度为5.0~200μg/L时,峰面积与质量浓度有良好的线性关系,检出最低质量浓度为3.0μg/L,4种兽药样品的富集达33~167倍.In this paper,a capillary electrophoresis(CE)method based on polarity shift-field amplification injection(PS-FESI)enrichment technique was developed for the determination of four veterinary drug samples,namely clenbuterol,enrofloxacin,sulfadiazine and sulfadimethoxine.It examined and optimized the conditions of CE enrichment and separation.The results showed that under the optimal conditions,the peak areas of the four veterinary drug samples showed good linearity with the mass concentrations of 5.0-200μg/L.The detection limits reached 3.0μg/L,and the enrichment of the four veterinary drug samples reached 33 to167 times.
