摘 要:二氧化碳捕集利用和封存(CCUS)技术从最初天然气伴生二氧化碳分离技术起源,逐渐演变成驱替增采油气技术,最终在全球应对气候变化的大背景下,发展成为实现碳中和目标不可或缺的技术手段,其概念的内涵和外延也不断丰富和拓展。在系统回顾CCUS技术发展脉络与概念演变过程的基础上,全面梳理了我国CCUS基础研究与技术开发、工业示范、政策出台、国际合作的发展历程,并据此提出加快低成本、低能耗二代技术研发,开展大规模全流程集成示范项目,健全政策法规和激励机制,强化国际合作和能力建设等促进CCUS技术发展的建议。Carbon dioxide capture,utilization,and storage(CCUS)technology originated from the separation technology for the associated CO_(2) in natural gas,and gradually evolved into an enhanced recovery technology of oil and gas.In the global context of addressing climate change,CCUS eventually become an indispensable technology to achieve carbon neutrality,and its connotation and extension of the concept also constantly enrich and expand.We systematically reviewed CCUS technology development and concept evolution in the world,summarizes the CCUS basic research and technology development,industrial demonstration,policies and regulations,and international cooperation in China,and puts forward suggestions for promoting CCUS technology development in the future,including accelerating the R&D of low-cost and low-energy second-generation technologies,carrying out large-scale whole-process integrated demonstration,improving laws,regulations,and incentive mechanism,and deepening international cooperation and capacity building.
