摘  要:随着“后基因”时代的到来,针对基因、转录子的测序技术与芯片库建立体系已日趋成熟,转录组学能够从RNA角度对基因的表达与调控变化进行整体阐释,在疾病发生、干预机制的研究中应用价值突出。系统生物学概念与技术的普及为传统医学的机制机理研究带来新机遇,组学技术挖掘广谱变化的特点也与中医的整体观念不谋而合,故二者的结合应用是大势所趋。本文着眼于近10年通过转录组学方法探究针灸作用机制的研究,从实验设计、技术选择、数据分析和研究结果等角度进行整合,探讨转录组在针灸机理探究中的应用策略。With the advent of the‘post gene’era,the sequencing technology and microarray library system for genes and transcripts have become more and more mature.Transcriptomics can explain the changes of gene expression and regulation from the perspective of RNA,and it is of great value in the research of disease occurrence and intervention mechanism.The popularization of the concept and technology of systems biology brings new opportunities for the mechanism research of traditional medicine.The characteristics of omics technology mining broad-spectrum changes also coincide with the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,so the combination of the two is the general trend.This study focused on the research of acupuncture mechanism through transcriptomics in recent 10 years,and integrated the experimental design,technology selection,data analysis and research results to explore the application strategy of transcriptomics in acupuncture mechanism research.
