摘　　要：“活血散风”针刺法是石学敏院士基于“气海”理论创立的治疗高血压病的针刺疗法,该刺法在改善高血压前期、即刻降压、降低晨峰血压、调节血压节律和保护靶器官等方面有明显的疗效。其机制主要与调节中枢和交感神经兴奋性、抑制炎性反应、降低肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮水平、调节血管内皮功能、调节离子通道以及缓解焦虑等有关。本研究将基于现有研究成果对其展开论述,总结“活血散风”针刺法的治疗机制,为临床推广应用奠定理论基础。‘Huoxue Sanfeng’acupuncture,which was applied to treat hypertension,established by academician SHI Xuemin according to the theory of‘Qihai theory’,is effective in treating patients with pre-hypertension,lowering blood pressure immediately,lowering early morning blood pressure,adjusting blood pressure rhythm and protecting target organs.The mechanism is mainly related to regulating the excitability of the central nervous system and sympathetic nerves,inhibiting inflammatory responses,reducing the level of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone,regulating endothelial function,regulating ion channel and alleviating anxiety.This study summarized the therapeutic mechanism of‘Huoxue Sanfeng’acupuncture based on existing research results to build a theoretical foundation for clinical promotion and application of this therapy in the treatment of hypertension.
