摘　　要：目的评价重组人干扰素α2a(recombinant human interferonα2a,rhIFNα2a)栓剂治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的疗效。方法以200例确诊高危型HPV阳性患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(患者阴道局部用rhIFNα2a栓剂,隔日1次,10次为1个疗程,连续使用3个疗程)和对照组(不使用药物),每组100例。疗程结束后6个月采用第二代杂交捕获法检测HPV病毒载量,并计算两组患者的转阴率和总有效率。结果观察组患者的转阴率和总有效率(分别为89%和94%)明显高于对照组(分别为63%和65%),且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论rhIFNα2a栓剂局部给药治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染具有较好的疗效。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of recombinant human interferon(rhIFN)α2 a suppository on cervical high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 200 confirmed high-risk HPV-positive patients were randomly divided into trial and control groups 100 for each.The patients in trial group were treated with rhIFNα2 a suppository via vagina every other day for 3 courses each consisting of 10 times,while those in control group were untreated.The HPV-DNA load was measured by hybrid capture methodⅡ6 months after completion of the last course,and the negative conversion rates and total effective rates in two groups were calculated.Results The negative conversion rate and total effective rate in trial groups were 89%and 94%respectively,which were significantly higher than those in conotrol group(63%and 65%respectively)(P<0.01).Conclusion The rhIFNα2 a suppository showed a good curative effect on cervical high-risk HPV infection.
