摘　　要：一百年来,中国共产党始终坚持人民主体地位,不断进行协商民主形式的探索、内涵的丰富、内容的实践。新时代,中国共产党不断推动协商民主广泛多层制度化发展,形成中国特色协商民主体系,不仅彰显了我国社会主义制度体系的特点和优势,而且深化了人类政治文明的内涵与本质,对当今世界民主政治发展具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。Over the past 100 years,the Communist Party of China(CPC)continue to ensure the principal status of the people,kept on explore the form of consultative democracy,to rich in content and put the contents into practice.In the New Era,CPC has continuously promoted its broad and multi-layered institutional development,and formed the system of consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics,It not only demonstrates the characteristics and advantages of Chinese socialist system,but also deepens the connotation and essence of human political civilization,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to the development of democratic politics in the world.
