摘　　要：新时代,全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程对青年工作提出了新要求。要把握青年工作的基本着力点,开创青年工作的新局面,就要加强党对青年工作的领导,营造党领导下的青年工作协同治理局面,贯彻新发展理念,确保党管青年原则不断深化;就要坚定青年价值信念,建设高质量教育体系,提高青年实践能力,确保全方位武装青年;就要保护青年的利益,优化共青团的作用,激发青年的创新能力,确保发挥青年的主体作用。In the new era,a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way has begun.This puts new demands on youth work.To grasp the basic focus and create a new situation in youth work,it is necessary to strengthen the party’s leadership over youth work,create a coordinated governance situation of youth work under the leadership of the party,implement the new development concept,and ensure that the party’s principle of managing youth continues to deepen;it is necessary to strengthen the values and beliefs of young people,build a high-quality education system,improve the practical ability of young people,and ensure that young people are armed in all directions;it is necessary to protect the interests of the youth,optimize the role of the Communist Youth League,stimulate the innovation ability of the youth,and ensure that the main role of the youth is brought into play.
