张家口市马铃薯产业融合发展对策研究

摘　　要：运用SWOT分析法对张家口市马铃薯产业融合情况进行分析。张家口市发展马铃薯产业融合具有很大优势和机遇,但在发展过程中也存在农户素质不高、基础设施薄弱、龙头企业带动能力弱以及利益联结机制不紧密的问题,同时还面临产业竞争环境的挑战。从而提出了提高农民综合素质,引进复合型人才;延长产业链,充分发挥龙头企业的带动作用;加强基础设施建设,完善三产融合服务体系;完善农户与企业的利益联结机制等建议。The situation of potato industry integration in Zhangjiakou city was analyzed with SWOT method.Zhangjiakou city has great advantages and opportunities to develop potato industry integration.However,in the process of development,there are still problems such as farmers’poor quality,weak infrastructure,weak driving ability of leading enterprises,and incompact benefit connection mechanism.At the same time,it also faces the challenge of fierce industrial competitive environment.Therefore,some suggestions were proposed,such as improving the comprehensive quality of farmers,introducing compound talents,extending the industrial chain,giving full play to the leading role of leading enterprises,strengthening the infrastructure construction and improving the service system of the integration of the tertiary industry,and perfecting the benefit connection mechanism between farmers and enterprises.
