弱黏结煤热解高值化利用的风化破黏特性研究

摘  要:为了利用内构件热解技术对弱黏结煤进行热解处理以实现高值化利用,采用模拟的风化条件,实验研究了弱黏结煤的风化破黏特性。结果表明,风化时间越长,煤的黏结指数(G_(R.I))下降越多;风化气氛对煤风化破黏有较大影响,风化气氛压力越高,温度越高,含氧量越高,气体流量越大,G_(R.I)下降越多;煤本身物性对其风化破黏也有较大影响,煤的颗粒越大、含水量越高,G_(R.I)下降越慢;助剂的添加也会促进煤风化破黏,氧化性助剂使G_(R.I)下降最多,中性助剂次之,还原性助剂最少。For high-value utilization of weakly caking coal using pyrolysis technology with internals,the experiment was conducted using simulative weathering conditions to study the weathering de-caking characteristics of weakly caking coal.The experimental results showed the longer the weathering time was,the more the coal caking index(G_(R.I))decreased.And weathering atmosphere had a great influence on coal weathering de-caking.The higher the pressure of weathering atmosphere,the higher the temperature,the higher the oxygen content,the greater the gas flow,the more the G_(R.I) decreased.The physical properties of coal also had a great influence on the weathering de-caking of coal.The larger the coal particle and the higher the water content,the slower the G_(R.I) decreased.The addition of additives would also promote the weathering de-caking of coal.The decrease of G_(R.I) caused by oxidative additives was the most,followed by neutral additives and reductive additives respectively.
