摘 要:基于不同类型的铁、炭形成的原电池对废水处理效果的差异,研究了粉末状炭、柱状炭、颗粒状炭、铸铁屑、还原性铁粉、铁刨花等组成的微电解体系对DNT废水处理效果的影响,利用扫描电镜(SEM)对不同类型铁的表面进行了分析。研究结果表明:粒径为0.3 mm~2.5 mm的铸铁屑与粒径为0.45 mm~3.00 mm的颗粒状炭组成的微电解体系对DNT的去除效果较佳,在反应进行120 min时DNT去除率为52.29%。Based on the difference of wastewater treatment effect of primary cells formed by iron and carbon with different particle sizes,the influence of micro electrolysis system composed of powdered carbon,columnar carbon,granular carbon,cast iron chips,reducing iron powder and iron scraps on DNT wastewater treatment effect was studied.The surfaces of different iron types were analyzed with the scanning electron microscope(SEM).The study results showed that the micro electrolysis system composed of cast iron chips with particle size of 0.3 mm-2.5 mm and granular carbon with particle size of 0.45 mm-3.00 mm had a better removal effect on DNT.When the reaction was carried out for 120 min,the removal rate of DNT was 52.29%.
