摘 要:为推动双循环流化床超大型粉煤气化技术(KSY)产业化进程,结合KSY中试装置试验用煤指标及装置实际运行情况,对适合KSY技术落地的煤矿进行初步筛选。结果表明:煤种的煤灰熔融性、HGI、结焦性、结渣性、灰分指标可作为KSY技术用煤初选的主要指标;通过对神东煤炭基地东胜矿区原煤指标的分析,可知有72%的煤种的灰熔融性温度可达到KSY技术用煤标准;有17%的煤种的HGI能达到KSY用煤甲级优质指标;除保德北部区混煤部分煤种外,其他煤种的黏结性、结焦性都能达到KSY用煤甲级优质指标;有17%的煤种的灰分能达到KSY用煤甲级指标。In order to promote the industrialization process of KSY technology(dual circulating fluidized bed super large pulverized coal gasification),combined with the coal parameters of the KSY pilot plant test and the actual plant operation,the primary selection was carried out for coal mine suitable for KSY technology.The results showed that the coal ash fusibility,HGI,coking,slagging and ash content could be used as the main indicators of primary coal selection for KSY technology.Through the analysis of raw coal parameters in Dongsheng Mine of Shendong Coal Base,it was found that the ash fusibility temperature of 72%of the coal could meet the standard of KSY technology;HGI of 17%of the coal could reach Class A high-quality coal for KSY technology.Except for some mixed coal in northern area of Baode,the caking and coking properties of other coal types could reach Class A high-quality coal for KSY technology;the ash content of 17%of the coal could reach Class A coal for KSY technology.
