摘 要:分析了某公司1技改前后、某公司2、榆林化学磨煤机密封系统设计的特点,论述了4种密封方式可能存在的不足,并提出了优化密封风系统的建议。通过对比、分析,认为密封介质的属性决定了密封工艺选择及优化改进的空间;密封介质压力过高,一方面需考虑添加压力调节器,以保证密封风风量最优,另一方面须设计压力表,以保证足够的密封压力。The design features of coal mill sealing systems of Company A before and after technical renovation,Company B and Yulin Chemical were analyzed,the possible deficiencies of the four sealing methods were illustrated,and suggestions for optimizing the seal air system were put forward.Through comparison and analysis,it was concluded that the properties of the sealing medium would determine the choice of sealing process and the room for optimization and improvement.If the pressure of the sealing medium was too high,on the one hand,it was necessary to consider adding a pressure regulator to ensure the optimal sealing air volume;on the other hand,the design of the pressure gauge was necessary to ensure sufficient sealing pressure.
