摘  要:以某煤化工企业180万t/a煤制甲醇项目的水煤浆气化工艺为例,对气化工艺的主要生产性能指标冷煤气效率进行探讨研究,结合气化装置实际运行情况,分析了气化用煤的煤质、水煤浆浓度、气化操作条件、气化反应过程、工艺烧嘴等对冷煤气效率的影响,并从原料煤的监控管理、水煤浆的品质管控、工艺过程控制、工艺优化及技术改造、标准化管理等方面探讨了提高冷煤气效率的可行性措施。结果表明,热值高且稳定性好的煤质、较高的水煤浆浓度、较优的工艺操作、关键设备的长周期运行等有利于冷煤气效率的提高。Taking the coal water slurry gasification process in the 1.8 million t/a coal-to-methanol project of a coal chemical company as an example,the cold gas efficiency,which was the main production performance indicator in the gasification process,was discussed and studied.Combined with the actual operation of the gasification plant,the analysis was made on the impact of cold gas efficiency from the coal quality,coal water slurry concentration,operating conditions,reaction process and process burners.And from the aspects of raw coal monitoring and management,coal water slurry quality control,process control,process optimization and technical transformation,and standardized management,the feasible measures to improve the cold gas efficiency were discussed.The results showed that the coal with high calorific value and good stability was conducive to the improvement of cold gas efficiency,followed by high concentration of coal water slurry,good process operation,long-term operation of key equipment and other factors.
