摘  要:为建立气流床水煤浆气化综合能效评价方法,参考多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化工业装置运行数据,提出将变换计入气化届区的能效计算公式,对多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化能效进行了计算,分析了影响气化能效的因素。结果表明,气化能效受煤浆浓度、气化温度、碳转化率等条件影响,随着煤浆浓度增加,气化能效基本呈线性增加;在碳转化率为99%时,随着气化温度升高,气化能效下降;在气化温度为1360℃时,随着碳转化率升高,气化能效增加。In order to establish an energy efficiency evaluation method for entrained-flow coal water slurry gasification,refer to the operating data of the multi-nozzle opposed coal water slurry gasification industrial plant,an energy efficiency calculation formula considering transformation unit into gasification battery unit was proposed.The energy efficiency of multi-nozzle opposed coal water slurry gasification was calculated,and the factors affecting the gasification energy efficiency were analyzed.The results showed that gasification efficiency was affected by coal slurry concentration,gasification temperature and carbon conversion rate.With the increase of coal slurry concentration,the gasification energy efficiency increased linearly;when the carbon conversion was 99%,the gasification energy efficiency decreased with the increase of gasification temperature.When the gasification temperature was 1360℃,the gasification energy efficiency increased with the increase of carbon conversion.
