摘 要:对当前焦炉烟道气各种脱硫脱硝工艺的优缺点进行了分析,从运行稳定性、副产物消纳以及应对日趋严格的超低排放标准等角度考虑,提出一种基于热量双循环的“旋转喷雾法(SDA)钙基脱硫+选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝”脱硫脱硝工艺。该工艺在国内某钢厂2座6 m顶装焦炉的烟道气脱硫脱硝应用证明,工艺运行稳定可靠,出口排放烟气SO_(2)质量浓度≤15 mg/m^(3),NO_(x)质量浓度≤100 mg/m^(3),粉尘质量浓度≤8 mg/m^(3),均优于超低排放指标,且副产物可稳定消纳。The advantages and disadvantages of various current desulfurization and denitrification processes for coke oven flue gas were analyzed.The calcium-based SDA desulfurization and SCR denitrification process based on dual heat recycling was proposed,taking into account such factors as operational stability,by-product treatment,and ever-strict ultra-low emission standard.The application of this process in the flue gas desulfurization and denitrification of two 6 m coke ovens in a steel plant in China demonstrated that the process was stable and reliable,and the SO_(2),NO_(x) and dust concentrations of the emitted flue gas were respectively≤15 mg/m^(3),≤100 mg/m^(3) and≤8 mg/m^(3),better than ultra-low emission targets.The by-products could also be treated properly.
