摘  要:针对国能榆林化工有限公司低温甲醇洗装置投料试车运行以来存在的热再生塔顶冷凝器(E-119)换热效率低、贫甲醇再生不合格、净化气总硫不达标、酸性气夹带甲醇,致使贫甲醇中水含量、废水中甲醇含量一直超指标等问题进行了原因分析,并通过实施对循环水管线带压开孔、反冲洗,优化工艺流程和醇水分离塔(C-106)灵敏板温度控制指标等改造措施,实现了工艺指标达标率100%,并节约1.1 MPa过热蒸汽1.2 t/h。In view of the low heat transfer efficiency of the overhead condenser of thermal regeneration tower(E-119)since the rectisol unit of Guoneng Yulin Chemical Co.,Ltd.was commissioned,which led to the unqualified regeneration of lean methanol,total sulfur in purified gas not meeting the standard,and entrainment of methanol in acid gas,water content in lean methanol and methanol content in wastewater exceeding the limit,cause analysis was made.A series of renovation measures were taken,such as pressurized opening and counter-flushing of recycled water line,and optimization of process flow and sensitive tray temperature of alcohol water separation tower(C-106),achieving 100%qualified process parameters and saving 1.1 MPa superheated steam by 1.2 t/h.
