摘 要:针对煤气发生炉加煤系统煤气泄漏的问题,研制出一种基于氮气吹扫封堵置换及双阀联动智能控制技术的防煤气泄漏装置。介绍了该装置的结构及技术原理,并进行了氮气吹扫结果、防煤气泄漏效果、煤气质量对比等应用效果测试。结果表明,采用该装置在保证煤气质量的同时,向储煤仓泄漏的CO的质量分数降低了90%,向大气中泄漏的CO基本消除,有效实现了防煤气泄漏。In view of the serious problem of gas leakage during coal charging in the gas generator,a gas leakage prevention device was developed based on nitrogen purging,plugging replacement and dual-valve linkage intelligent control technology.The structure and technical principles of the device were introduced in detail,and application effect tests were carried out for nitrogen purging result,anti-gas leakage effect and gas quality comparison.The results showed that the device could reduce the CO concentration released to the coal storage bin by 90%while ensuring gas quality,and the CO leaking to the atmosphere was basically eliminated,thus effectively preventing the gas leakage.
