摘　　要：针对某110 kV输变电工程10 kV开关柜调试过程中,出现“断路器合分一次后,无法进一步电气操作,但手动合分正常,此时重新将断路器控制回路断电,又能再次操作断路器,但仍只能合分一次,无法再次电气操作”的问题,对断路器内部防跳回路、合闸回路、跳位监视回路及微机保护接线回路进行分析,并根据实际的现场调试情况或者运行工况,制定出最符合现场情况的解决方案,为后续现场调试或实际运行时出现同类问题提供了参考。In a 110 kV power transmission and transformation project,a problem exists in the progress of the 10 kV switchgear debugging.The problem is that after the first movement of the circuit breaker,it can only operate by hand movement.In this situation,if the operator cuts the electricity of the circuit breaker control loop,the circuit breaker will run again,but it will still be a one-time operation.Given this problem,this article analyzed the internal anti-trip circuit,closing circuit,trip monitoring circuit,and microcomputer protection wiring circuit of the circuit breaker.It makes an appropriate solution for the on-set situation and provides a reference for similar problems.
