摘 要:针对传统混凝土柱受到轴压破坏时外层混凝土开裂、剥落较为严重的情况,拟采用一种外包ECC-PVC管新型混凝土组合柱。通过ABAQUS模拟软件建立分析模型,将模拟结果与试验数据进行对比,研究PVC管厚度、核心区域面积比、是否内配PVC管、纵筋配筋率和箍筋间距等不同影响参数下组合柱的轴压力学性能,并分析其受力机理。研究表明内配PVC管、增大纵筋配筋率、缩小箍筋间距及增加PVC管厚度都会提高组合柱延性;内配PVC管导致组合柱承载力下降;PVC管厚度需要合理取值;ECC与PVC管组合效应较好。研究成果可为ECC及PVC管应用于土木结构提供参考。In view of the serious cracking and spalling of outer concrete when the traditional concrete column is under axial compression,a new type of concrete composite column wrapped with ECC-PVC pipes is proposed.Through ABAQUS simulation software,the analysis model is established and the simulation results are compared with the experimental data to study the axial compressive mechanical properties of composite columns under different influence parameters such as the PVC pipe thickness,the core area ratio,whether the PVC pipe is internally installed,the longitudinal reinforcement ratio and stirrup spacing,and to analyze its stress mechanism as well.The study shows that adding PVC pipes,increasing the longitudinal reinforcement ratio,reducing the stirrup spacing and increasing the thickness of PVC pipes can all improve the ductility of composite columns.Besides,the internal PVC pipe leads to the decrease in the bearing capacity of the composite column,the thickness of PVC pipes requires reasonable value,and the combination of ECC and PVC pipes has better effect.The research results can provide reference for the application of ECC and PVC pipes in civil structures.
