摘  要:“适合的教育”是新时代我国教育意志的新表达,终极的“适合”应该是学生知识、能力、素质与社会角色的适合。在“适合的教育”视域下,文章分析了大学生就业能力的构成,针对当前大学生就业中出现的问题,提出了大学生就业能力培养的具体路径,以期提高高校人才培养的质量,提高人才培养与社会和企业需求的匹配程度,最终实现大学生更加充分更高质量的就业。“Appropriate education” is a new expression of China’s education purpose in the new era. Its ultimate appropriateness means that students’ knowledge, abilities and qualities should adapt to their social roles. From the perspective of “appropriate education”, the composition of college students’ employability is studied, the current employment problems for college students are analyzed, and specific paths and methods to improve college students’ employability are proposed, so as to improve the quality of college talent cultivation, propose the cultivation path to improve college students’ employability, and explore the matching degree between talent cultivation and the needs of society and enterprises, thus ultimately realizing college students’ employment of fuller and higher quality.
