摘　　要：导游语言能力高低关乎旅游业服务质量的优劣。本文通过分析丽江导游语言遵循与违反合作原则的案例,提出合作原则下导游语言运用的相关建议,以期通过导游素质提升、搭建合作平台,完善导游语言组织体系。The language ability of tour guides is related to the service quality of tourism industry.Through the analysis of the cases of Lijiang tour guides'language compliance and violation of the cooperation principle,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the language application of tour guides under the cooperation principle,in order to improve the quality of tour guides and build a cooperation platform to enhance the language organization system of tour guides.
