摘　　要：本文从科技创新的视角分析了我党百年领导经济取得重大成就的原因,认为市场导向的制度变革、强大的投资动员能力、持续的技术追赶以及开放的环境都是中国共产党领导人民成功迈向现代化的关键因素。面向下一个百年奋斗目标的经济工作重点在于坚持"四新",即立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展,通过持续推进全面深化改革开放,促进共同富裕以及推进科技自立自强来推动经济工作向前发展。同时,本文提出应从加强基础研究、构建新型举国体制、坚持开放、不断优化创新生态等四个方面来推进科技自立自强。This paper analyzes the reasons for CPC’s great economic achievements in the past century from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation,and holds that market-oriented institutional change,strong investment mobilization capacity,continuous technological catch-up and open environment are the key factors for the CPC to lead the people to modernization successfully.Goals for the next one hundred economic priority is to adhere to the"four new",namely,base on the new stage of development,carry out the new development concept and build a new pattern of development,promote the development of high quality,through continously advancing comprehensively deepen reform and opening up,promoting common prosperity,and promoting scientific and technological support to push forward economic work.At the same time,this paper puts forward that we should strengthen the basic research,build a new nationwide system,adhere to the opening up,and constantly optimize the innovation ecology to promote the self-reliance of science and technology.
