摘 要:手术室资源调度关系到医院资源配置的合理性,对医院竞争力具有至关重要的影响。针对BBO算法收敛速度效率低、易陷入局部最优的缺陷,提出了云模型BBO算法,并结合所建立的医院手术室资源调度模型,提出了一种基于CMBBO的医院手术资源调度模型。将该模型应用于某大型三甲医院,结果表明手术资源使用率和手术服务能力得到提升、手术等待时间降低,提出的算法对其他医院手术资源调度具有一定的参考价值。Operating room resource scheduling is related to the rationality of hospital resource allocation,and has a crucial impact on the competitiveness of the hospital.Aiming at the shortcomings of BBO algorithm,such as low convergence speed,low efficiency and easy to fall into local optimum,a cloud model BBO(CMBBO)algorithm is proposed.Combined with the established hospital operating room resource scheduling model,a hospital operating room resource scheduling model based on CMBBO is proposed.The model is applied to a large-scale first-level hospital,and the results show that the utilization rate of surgical resources and surgical service ability are improved,and the waiting time for surgery is reduced,which has a certain reference value for other hospital surgical resource scheduling.
