摘　　要：检索从2001年1月1日—2019年11月20日中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、重庆维普数据库(VIP)和PubMed数据库中关于糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)的流行病学特点及相关发病机制与针刺在DGP治疗上所产生相关机制的文献,目的在于探究针刺治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的作用机制。经分析发现,针刺可调节DGP患者的Cajal间质细胞、胃肠道激素水平、加快自主神经功能修复、增强胃肠动力、促进胃排空、调节肠肽系统及降低血糖。这些作用途径阐释了针刺治疗DGP的原理机制,同时也暴露出目前对于DGP机制认识的缺陷,对今后的研究引发了更加广阔的期望和思考。Literature about the pathogenesis of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)and action mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of DGP was reviewed from the databases of CNKI,VIP and PubMed from January 1,2001 to November 20,2019.The clinical efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of DGP were studied in order to explore and summarize the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of DGP.It is found that acupuncture could regulate the levels of Cajal Leydig cells and gastrointestinal hormones,accelerate the repair of autonomic nerve function,enhance gastrointestinal motility and promote gastric emptying,regulate the level of the brain-intestinal peptide and reduce blood glucose,which explains the principle and mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of DGP,and exposes the inadequate understanding of the mechanism of DGP at present.This study put forward a broader prospect and thinking for future researches.
