摘 要:医疗废物焚烧炉渣主要成分为金属和无机非金属材质,其重金属浸出浓度远低于危险废物鉴别极限,不属于危险废弃物,具有很大的资源化利用潜力。本研究通过粉体制备和热处理烧结工艺,将医疗废物焚烧炉渣制备为具有良好成型性能和力学性能的结构材料,其抗压强度可达56MPa,弯曲强度达到54MPa,且具有优异的耐水、耐酸性能,有良好的应用前景。Medical waste incineration slag mainly is composed by metal and inorganic non-metallic materials,which has a great potential for resource utilization.The concentration of the heavy metals in extraction is far below the identification toxicity limitation,thus the slag does not belong to the hazardous waste.In this study,the medical waste incineration slag was prepared into a structural material,by means of powder preparation and heat treatment sintering process,with good formability and mechanical properties.The compressive strength of the material is up to 56MPa,and the flexural strength reaches 54MPa.Moreover it also has excellent water and acid resistance,which has a good application prospect.
