摘 要:建立了微波辐照和无水氯化钙真空干燥联用的方法处理水飞蓟素,运用均匀设计,探究不同功率的微波辐照水飞蓟,辐照不同时间后对残留乙醇的影响,得到样品通过顶空-气相色谱法检测,采用HP-5柱,FID检测器,结果表明,在640W,微波6min条件下,乙醇提取的比较彻底。本方法并不改变水飞蓟素制备工艺,也不破坏水飞蓟素本身结构。A combined method of microwave irradiation and anhydrous calcium chloride vacuum drying was used to treat silymarin.Using uniform analysis,the effect of different power microwave irradiation on milk thistle on the residual ethanol after different time was explored,and the sample was detected by headspace-gas chromatography using HP-5 column and FID detector.The results showed that,under the condition of 640W and microwave for 6min,the ethanol extraction is more thorough.The method does not change the preparation process of silymarin,nor does it destroy the structure of silymarin itself.
