摘  要:电极材料的设计与合成是提高超级电容器性能的关键环节。因此,本文采用草酸二乙酯辅助的微乳液法合成了具有片层结构的NiCoC_(2)O_(4)固溶体,分析了65℃、75℃、85℃三种反应温度对电极材料微观形貌和化学结构的作用规律,并对电极材料的超级电容器性能进行了研究。结果表明,草酸二乙酯在75℃下的微乳液反应可以改善NiCoC_(2)O_(4)固溶体的电荷储存能力,提高电极材料的比电容。The design and synthesis of electrode materials plays a vital role to improve electrochemical performance of supercapacitors.Hence,NiCoC_(2)O_(4) solid solution with layered structure is obtained by microemulsion synthesis method in the presence of diethyl oxalate.The effect of the reaction temperature involing to 65℃,75℃and 85℃on the microstructure and chemical structure of electrode materials is investigated.Moreover,electrochemical performance of electrode materials is also surveyed in detail.The reuslts from electrochemical measurements show that the microemulsion reaction of diethyl oxalate at 75℃is capable to promote the charge storage capability of NiCoC_(2)O_(4) solid solution towards to enhance the specific capacitance of electrode materials.
