摘 要:本文概述了环氧树脂复合材料在变电站系统及电气设备中的应用情况。环氧树脂复合材料的电绝缘性、机械强度、耐热性等综合性能优异,可通过浇注、浸渍等工艺广泛应用于各种输变电电力设备及设施,达到绝缘、抗震减噪、防腐环保、降本增效等效用。研究含有不同分子结构及配方组分的环氧树脂复合材料,提高其功能性,应用于电力行业领域,具有优异的安全、经济及环保效益。This paper summarizes the application of epoxy resin composites in substation system and electrical equipment.epoxy resin composite has excellent comprehensive properties including electrical insulation,mechanical properties,heat resistance and so on.it can be widely used in various power transmission and transformation equipment and facilities through pouring,impregnation and other processes,so as to achieve the equivalent functions of insulation,noise reduction,anti-corrosion and environmental protection,cost reduction and efficiency increase.epoxy resin composites with different molecular structures and formula components are studied to improve their multi functionality.they are applied in the field of power industry and have excellent safety,economic and environmental benefits.
