摘 要:含酸DMF脱酸回收工艺的开发对精细化工行业的发展具有重要意义。本文对二甲胺脱酸法处理含酸DMF废溶液的回收工艺进行了研究,对工艺过程中两个主要工艺参数(蒸馏压力与二甲胺流量)对DMF脱酸回收效果的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明,较低的蒸馏压力与二甲胺与持续通入有利于DMF的高浓度回收,但同时需要考虑其对工艺成本的增加。在以上研究的基础上,本文提出了一条工业化的含酸DMF脱酸工艺路线。Development of the recovery process of N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)from the acid-containing DMF solution is of great importance to the fine chemical industry.In this work,the deacidification process of the acid-containing DMF solution by the addition of dimethylamine was researched,and the effects of two main process parameters,the distillation pressure and the flow rate of dimethylamine,were investigated.The experimental results show that the lower distillation pressure and higher flow rate of dimethylamine would contribute to the higher recovery of DMF,while they would at the same time increase the process costs.Based on these results,a industrial process of the deacidification process for the acid-containing DMF solution is put forward.
